INERTIA is committed to providing a positive experience to all of our customers and creating digital accessibility for people with disabilities on INERTIA websites. We are continually improving the user experience for our diverse community by taking steps to meet progressive accessibility standards.

Accessibility requirements and conformance

To assist in the efforts to achieve the foregoing, we’ve pledged a goal to develop and operate Thinx websites in substantial conformance with generally-recognized and accepted guidelines and/or standards for website accessibility ("Standards”), most notably the 

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

, which define requirements for designers and developers to improve digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

We’re working hard to achieve that goal, but we understand that there are many areas for improvement. Accordingly, we have invested in projects to further enhance the accessibility of our websites, such as working with an experienced accessibility consultant to audit website accessibility and provide recommendations on meeting the Standards.
